Return Policy

- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene concerns, innerwear items such as briefs, trunks, vests, panties, camisoles, and thermals cannot be returned. However, if you receive an incorrect item (wrong color or size), please notify us within 24 hours via email, including a product opening video and images of the incorrect item. We will arrange for a pickup of the incorrect item within 24-48 hours through our courier partner.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if Kanak Clothing is responsible for the issue. Refunds are not available for damages caused by customer mishandling.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, with the amount credited according to your bank’s guidelines.
